I include a Home Energy Report with every home inspection.  I am an InterNACHI Certified Home Energy Inspector.

My inspection will identify exactly where your home is losing energy. The report will list ways to save energy, and thereby, you will save lots of money.

On average, my clients save more than $1,200 every year and enjoy a more comfortable, energy-efficient home by following my report's recommendations.

Here's How It Works...

Step #1

I perform a 45-minute home energy inspection at your home to gather roughly 100 pieces of house data.

Step #2

I take a few minutes to enter data into the software developed by the U.S. Department of Energy to produce a Home Energy Report.

Step #3

You read the report and take action based upon the recommendations to save home energy.
